Hi Judy, Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, I have tried both using player defaults and custom but both do not seem to make a difference. After the first slide the menu still disappears.

That's definitely "unexplained behavior." (Well, that's the polite term, anyway.) I suggest you contact the helpful Articulate support staff directly. You can do that here:
