That's definitely "unexplained behavior." (Well, that's the polite term, anyway.) I suggest you contact the helpful Articulate support staff directly. You can do that here:

Note: They'll need a copy of your file, so attach it when you submit a case. They're discrete and will delete the file after the case is closed.
