Help- 'Publish' button not visible on screen

Here's the screenshot you asked for. As for the resolution, it seems that 1920X1080 is the max resolution i can go upto.

Would you mind changing this setting to 125% or 100% to see if this improves the visibility of the publish button in Storyline 360?
