Okay. I had a thought after I replied this morning and I think I've got it. First off, thank you again for the suggestions to test locally with story.html. I was too focused on getting it to work on server.
I ended up searching for my links inside of the entire js folder. It gave me back a folder with a random string name. Inside of there I found the goto line and was able to correct it. It worked locally. I have uploaded to the server and will find out in 24 hours if the change takes affect.
