Help needed: Faint speech bubble outline
Hoping this is an easy fix. When I use speech bubbles in Storyline, I get a faint white outline offset from the actual bubble. It's not a shadow. Any ideas what is causing this and how to remove it? I've attached a picture example.

Can you confirm that you are working from your local C: drive? You should not work from a sharepoint or external drive.

Yes, I can confirm that I am working from my local C: drive and it is not being backed up to OneDrive. We had issues with that in the past as well. Using a rounded text bubble box, the box extends about 40 pixels during preview/publish. There is also a one-pixel indent on the left and right-side 40ish pixels from the bottom to the bottom of the box.

After reviewing JuliaMays image above I also see that the box extends the distance and direction of the tail. I altered and added that to my SL file and have attached it. A reset can be performed and applied with the Format Painter, but in JuliaMays case she would need to recolor as well, and I don't know what is breaking the outline other than it appears to be tied to the tail. Thank you
