HELP: Significant delay between 1st and second slides in Storyline
Hello,
We previously used layers to create click through modules however we have now started using the slide recording/simulation storyline feature. It works great however we have noticed since doing this the opening video of the eLearn now laggs, the 3 dots appear and then it goes black for maybe 10-15 seconds then jutters and goes black again and then the video on the first slide eventually plays. Just seems odd that we didnt have this issue prior to using the slide recording has anyone else has had a delay issue?? Many thanks in advance

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
I do not see this issue being reported by other users. I also did a quick test on my end by making a simple screen recording and I can confirm that it didn't take 10 - 15 seconds to load when I published it to Review 360. I'd like to test your project file to see if the loading behavior is specific to your environment, or if has something to do with the screen recording itself.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
