Help, triggers and layers

Hello,
You have 5 objects and 5 layers, each time you click on an object -> a layer pop-up, is that correct ?
Right click on the layer -> Properties -> And makes sure that the box "Prevent the user from clicking on the others layers" is Unchecked.
I made the screenshot, sorry i'm using French version so my capture is in French.

Thanks for getting back to me, I looked and the button was already unchecked so it must be something else.
