Glad to see the community has been helping you!

I noticed that you've also opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Darrell. As he shared, we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug causes:

  • A Storyline Slide loads as blank when using any Intersect Triggers targeting the Object within the group, instead of the actual group.

 

We've included your voice in the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready! In the meantime, as a workaround we suggest setting the Trigger to the Group, instead of the individual item. If your use-case allows for this type of design.

    Hello, 

    Do you have any update on this bug ? 

    I am creating a carousel animation based on a group and I want to play audio when a picture of the intersect the slide and it does not work. 

    I can not ungroup the group because the animation is based on it and I can not trigger the audio based on the group because it's always on the slide.

    I am a bit blocked at the moment :(

      I understand that you are experiencing a blank screen when attempting to display your carousel animation in your course. I can confirm that we do not have any updates to share at this time. I've gone ahead and added your voice to the bug report. We'll be sure to update this thread with news of a fix, so all are in the loop!
