HELP with blurry MP4 videos after being published
After publishing the below course in Articulate SL 360, the videos uploaded to various layers play but are blurry. This is not obvious during development. Does anybody have insights about how to fix this? Thanks.

you should set video Compression to None*
* this means: storyline will publish the video exact you have it imported

The most common cause of blurry videos in a published Storyline 360 course is a mismatch between the resolution of a video, and the slide size of the project. If the resolution of the video is too large for the available slide space, the quality of the video in the published output tends to get reduced. The best way to address this is to make sure that your video and Storyline 360 project make use of the same size and resolution. This article explains this in more detail:
