Help with sending translation XLIFF
I'm trying to send a storyline to our translation services. However, when I go to export to XLIFF (version is 1.2), its saving it as an adobe vs a XLIFF file. How can I change that?
Thanks!

Hi Diana, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes Community! Glad you're here!
Thanks so much for reaching out. I'm happy to help!
I'd like to recommend checking the Properties of the file you've exported. Here are the steps:
- First, please go to the exported file in your File Explorer.
- Then, you'll just. need to right-click on the translation file that is generated and select Properties so we can see additional details about the file extension.
- From there, please take a screenshot of the Properties Window that opens and share with us what you are seeing on your end. You can share it in this thread or privately in a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you! ✨
