Hide Author in Storyline 360
Hi. How do I hide author in Storyline? I can't seem to find a control in either the publish or player menus. Thanks for your help.

I'm not quite sure if that's what you are asking about, but in the Publish > Web dialog you can click the ... icon next to Title and then change/delete the Author info

I need to remove me as the author from my course. This must have been solved by now surely??
Hello Diane!
There isn't a way to remove who published or created the course in Review 360. If you'd like someone else to have their name on the course, then you'll need them to publish the course.
I've added your comments to our feature request and will be sure to update you in this discussion if it makes it on our feature roadmap.
Hi there!
Are you referring to the name that appears next to Created By in Articulate Review?
If so, there isn't a way to remove that author name, since it is tied to the author's Articulate 360 account.
If you'd like the ability to toggle that feature on and off, let us know in a feature request here!

Hi I see many mentions about this issue - has the feature been implemented in the past 2 years since this discussion?

Thanks for the reply. Do you mean it only appears in review 360 - not when the course is published for real? That's ok then!

Hello, have there been any changes? Is the removal of the author available yet?
Hi Greg,
We don't have any new updates to share on this feature request but we'll leave a message here as soon as it makes it to our product roadmap. Can I ask why you need to remove the name of the author in the published course so we can share this feedback with our product team?

Hi, There are a few eLearnings that are built be our gov agency that will be public facing. For security reasons, we do not want the authors name to be included.

We have made the decision to hide the author's name as a general practice.
