Hide automatic feedback

Hi,

As you can see the automatic feedback shows when a user doesn't answer the question:

How can I get rid of this Invalid answer-box? (I want to show the layer you can see at the bottom, but this automatic feedback text box keeps showing up....

Many thanks!

Nathalie

  • Check this post. There, you'll find a downloadable story file that explains how to hide the built-in 'Invalid Answer' form and display your own customized feedback layer instead or not to display it at all.

Edit: JudyNollet thank you! I fixed the link.

  • To prevent the Invalid Answer layer from showing, use conditions to prevent the Submit__ trigger from running if none of the responses has been selected. In other words, you only want the trigger to run if something has been selected.

Notice that the conditions are connected with "or" (not "and").

    • The "and" connector means a trigger will run if all of the conditions are met.
    • The "or" connector means a trigger will only run if any of the conditions are met.
