This is an interesting issue. I am not sure if it is a bug or just a limitation of text hyperlinks. 2 workarounds - 1.Use a hotspot over the words instead of hyperlinking the text. 2. Trigger your hyperlink to show a dummy layer that is .25 seconds long and has a trigger to jump to the appropriate layer when the timeline ends.
