Hide layer when user hovers out creates command loop that causes the revealed layer to flash/strobe until hover out
I update to the latest version of AS yesterday. This morning I opened a lesson I had previously created and any instances where I have used 'hover to show layer' is now strobing.

There may be some sort of background automatically added to the layer, or something else on the layer that comes between the mouse and the hover target.
