Thanks for the feedback on the type of functionality you'd like to see with Triggers in Storyline.
I understand the value of a Storyline setting that highlights recently added Triggers, making them more noticeable. I've submitted this as a feature request on your behalf, and we'll update you if we release a future enhancement that helps!
