Highlight text and change color of text not working in Articulate Rise
I've been having issues today when I select text in Articulate Rise getting the pop-up that allows me to highlight, change the color of text, etc., to work correctly. I can change the font size fine, but every time I click on something in the colors pop-up, it exits out of the pop-up. It worked fine yesterday. Is anyone else experiencing this?

This happens to me periodically.
Get out of your course, shut down the browser, and then access your course again. The formatting toolbar should work correctly (until the next time).
Hi Ashlie. I've added your experience to our documentation for this issue. The best thing to do right now when this happens is to refresh your browser as Karl suggests. We'll let you know if we narrow down a cause and a fix.

Happens quite a bit. I find closing the course and reopening often helps. Sometimes, I am able to exit the lesson (not the entire course) and go back in. It's getting worse though

Hello,
It seems that this problem with colours still exists. Can't change the color of the text into a self selected Hex color. Also not after refreshing the browser or using a different browser.

I am having similar issues, except I can't change the color of the text with the mini toolbar when text is selected. It has been doing this for weeks no matter how many times I close out, and come back in.

I am currently experiencing this issue and have refreshed the page 3 times and closed it out all together and gone back in twice but it is still "stuck" and will not change my text font color on the course I am working on.

Hi Angela! So sorry to hear that this is still happening to you even if you have already refreshed the page 3 times.
Please try these troubleshooting tips:
-Make sure your browser is supported and updated to the latest version. The list of supported browsers can be found here.
Once updated, please try to reaccess Rise and see if the issue persists.
-Try other supported browsers and see if the issue is browser-specific. Does the problem happen in all browsers or just a specific one?

I updated Chrome and still am still experiencing the issue. I also tried it using Edge and the problem persists there as well. It is happening right now when I try to change the text color in some flip cards. It's giving me the option to change the color, but it won't actually make that change.
