Hosting content on Review 360

One of the areas in our organisation had the idea to develop content in Rise (non-training content) and host it in Review for people to access.

SarahMichalik-e : I don't know what the outcome was for the author of the original post 3 years ago. But here are some reasons why it's not a good idea to use Review 360 to distribute company information:
It looks misbranded and could be confusing due to the header and footer that are always visible in Review.
- The Articulate logo is in the upper left.
- The name of the developer and the version dropdown appear under the title.
- The word "Review" and a "Sign In" button appear in the upper right. This could definitely be confusing to corporate employees, because they might expect to enter their company id and password.
- There's a footer with an Articulate copyright, plus links to various pages on their site.
Another potential issue: if the current developer leaves the company, that could impact the ability to update the content as a new version of an existing course. (Refer to the User Guides for details: Articulate User Guides | Articulate - Community )
