Hotspot creation in articulate rise quiz

Hi Pravin!  Like Karl said, one way to do the hotspot in Rise is to use the labeled graphic block.  If the labeled graphic isn't getting you what you need, you could also consider creating the hotspot in Storyline 360, then importing your Storyline block into your Rise course!
