Hotspot creation in articulate rise quiz

Hi, Can we create hotspot in rise quiz. Please tell me the steps to create hotspot. Thanks Pravin

Any update on this yet? I do system training and when I create a course I like to have the graded hotspots as a part of their knowledge checks.
