Hotspot Functionality Not Working

The hotspots on the attached project are not working properly, they worked on the main slide. However, after clicking the first object the hotspot moved down in order to select the next...
No, I didn't rebuild; just removed some duplicate items from the layers, changed layer properties (to not hide other layers) and removed the solid fill from the layer backgrounds.
Thank you Michael. Yes, it does look much better. However, the replay functionality does not work if the user wants to click on the icon again.
