How can i find my support tickets
Hi Michael,
I'm happy to provide some clarity on our support policy!
There isn't a way to track current or past support cases through the Articulate website, but you can submit a support case here. When a customer opens a case, our Support Engineers will communicate via email. You can search all emails from support@articulate.com or search by case number.
I see you have an open case and my teammate, Carlo, sent you a reply early this morning. Are you looking for assistance with this case?

I've entered a case and not received an email? So now what do I do?

Hi AimeeSwartz-488,
I checked all support cases opened under your email address, and the only ones from this month were from 2 chat sessions. Did you get a support case number when you opened the case? If yes, would you mind sharing it here so I can check to see if anyone's reached out to you yet?
If you aren't receiving emails from Articulate, please ask your email administrator to ensure that all messages from "support@articulate.com" aren't being blocked by your security protocols. You can also ask them to whitelist the "articulate.com" domain so no messages get filtered.
