View Support Tickets

Can there be an easy way to see our current and past support tickets we've submitted, along with the play by play communication and outcomes?

    Great suggestion!

    Currently, Articulate 360 does not support a central dashboard for viewing support case history, and their solutions. 

    I can certainly see the value in having a feature like this, and I've submitted your request directly to our product team. We'll be sure to notify you if we release a future enhancement that helps.
