Hi, Katherine.
For SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004, the metadata will show <schema>ADL SCORM</schema>, so that's a standard SCORM 1.2 file.
If you're having issues with a specific project, we recommend testing your course with SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article!
If your course works as expected in SCORM Cloud, then I would advise you to reach out to your LMS for more information on their recommended settings.
If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, the next step would be to open a support case here, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
