How do I export the Closed Captions or AI Text-to-speech for stakeholders to edit?
I'm trying to export the closed captioning AI text that I created for my Storyline video so that my SME can edit. Please help! Can't figure out how to publish with them, or export as a file. I've tried the translation file, and exporting in Word.

To get those .vtt (Closed Caption) files quickly, you can duplicate the .story file (might need to close out of Storyline), change the file type to .zip, unzip it, then go to story > media and search for .vtt. You can edit those in Notepad.
Hi NicAbby0520,
Happy to assist.
In Storyline, authors can export AI Text-to-Speech captions by:
- Selecting the audio file on the Timeline.
- Navigating to Options (Audio Tools), on the top ribbon.
- Clicking 'Export'.
This allows you to save a .VTT file that can be edited and shared with stakeholders. Please let me know if you need anything else!
