How do I fix a text box that displays correctly in edited and slide preview, but incorrectly when I access the slide during the full file preview?
How do I fix a text box that displays correctly in edited and slide preview but incorrectly when I access the slide during the Full Preview of the file? I recreated the Jeopardy Game and this is the only slide doing this. I've checked everything on this slide and there's no item on the timeline that I can see or in the triggers and layers that appear to cause this issue. I even closed SL and brought it back up to see if that was impacting it, but nothing has worked. I need help.
what happens, if you copy this slide in a new empy storyline file?
Remove or deactive the 'Submit unassigned' trigger on Button1 and check again.
Make a habit of naming Buttons. Button 1...says nothing... when you change that to 'Submit Button' its clear in the trigger window what button it is. Not that that causes the issue, but its a good habit to learn and use... Name everything so its clear what it is. Storyline tends to create useless names by default.
If thats not fixing it...share your sampleThank you, everyone, for your assistance. I determined that the triggers for the main jeopardy slide for the 200 and 400 rectangles were going to the opposing slides, so I fixed that, and then the point values were reversed for the variables on the correct answer slide layers. So hence, I adjusted those, which fixed my issue.
