How do I set up for trainees to add their name and date of completion?

It sounds like you had questions about collecting information from your learners after they complete a quiz in Storyline 360. I see that you've been getting some great help from the community, but I just wanted to pop in and share some steps you can take to accomplish that.

If the data will be coming directly from each learner, one way to achieve this would be with Data-Entry Fields added to a slide preceding the Results slide. After that, you can reference the Data-Entry variables in text boxes on the Results slide.
