How do I set up for trainees to add their name and date of completion?
Hi all,
I would like for trainees to be able to add their names and the date of quiz completion. Would someone be able to give me some quick tips to achieve this?

After I fired off that email - I went back into it and it worked.
This is the best option for me for learners to add their name and date to the quiz results. So, thank you for all your help.
