How do I stop Rise 360 from converting/processing my videos?

Does anyone know how to get Rise 360 to stop processing videos? I ask because our MP4 videos are encoded so we have the best quality for the least size possible and every time Rise 360 re-enco...

I have opened a ticket, the number is 02660676.
I uploaded one of our video files and a SCORM package created from that video file, you will see the file balloons from 6,266Kb to 14,159Kb, which is in this case a 125.9% increase in size.
