Here's how to publish a project for LMS and various settings.
Here is what Storyline sends to LMS.
If you want to track the activity being sent, you can enable LMS Debug mode.
Now, how your LMS (that you did not name) handles this information I cannot determine.
However, the standard that we use (and a great testing tool) is to check your content in SCORM Cloud. This helps us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If an issue appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
