How inAndroid storyline output the screen fixed and not move?
Hello, when we convert from the web Storyline output to the Android application and see it on smartphones, when we drag our finger on the phone screen, the Storyline screen moves. Is there a way to keep the screen fixed and not move?

Hi thanks. One of my friends said that if you manipulate the HTML file in the output folder, the page will no longer move. Of course, he did not explain further.i use "Website 2 APK Builder Pro 3.4 Portable" for convert web output storyline to APK.
Hello Mah,
Thanks for the additional information!
Converting Storyline output into APK is not something we currently support, but I'd like to test how your course behavior when uploaded to either a web server or LMS. Would you mind sharing your project file here or through a support case if you're comfortable so we can isolate if the issue is only happening when your output is converted to APK?

Thanks so much for sharing this video of what you're experiencing, mah!
In order to take a closer look, it would be helpful to see your project file so we can see if we are experiencing the same behavior.
You can share your file within a private support case. One of our talented Support Engineers will be in touch shortly.
I hope this helps!

Hello,
Thanks for sharing a copy of your project file. I tested it by uploading the published course to a web server and can confirm that the behavior is the same. This behavior appears to be browser or device related, and there is no way to modify the behavior within Storyline 360.
I'm curious to see if other members of the community have encountered something similar, as well as what their solutions were.
