How inAndroid storyline output the screen fixed and not move?

Hello, when we convert from the web Storyline output to the Android application and see it on smartphones, when we drag our finger on the phone screen, the Storyline screen moves. Is there a way to ...

    Hi thanks.One of my friends said that if you manipulate the HTML file in the output folder, the page will no longer move. Of course, he did not explain further.i use "Website 2 APK Builder Pro 3.4 Portable" for convert web output storyline to APK.

      Thanks for the additional information!

      Converting Storyline output into APK is not something we currently support, but I'd like to test how your course behavior when uploaded to either a web server or LMS. Would you mind sharing your project file here or through a support case if you're comfortable so we can isolate if the issue is only happening when your output is converted to APK?
