How To - Keep a Menu Tab Always Open

I would love to have this functionality as well. I'm constantly using the size and position information. It's such a small thing, but I feel my frustration level continually rising throughout the day when I'm toggling between objects.
It would be nice if we could "pin" that section to the toolbar, quick access or even just pin the Size and Position pop out window. Currently I use the pop-out window and leave that up on my second monitor. It works pretty well, but when I change something it's hard to stop my muscle memory from clicking the Close button as if it were an Apply button. I could be happy with a "Pin" button that could be toggled on and off to prevent me from accidentally closing the window. Just some thoughts.
