How to add video to SCORM file and Play it before course starts
Hi Team,
I am in a situation to update old content in the SL. But unfortunately, I couldn't find the source file. I have only the SCORM file. I need to add a video before the course starts, how to add a video in the SCORM and play it before the course begins.

I once looked into a common issue. The verdict was 'rebuild'. There is no way to import a SCORM other than in a HTML5 player.
Hopefully someone else might found it it is possible, but I fear it's not.

I guess you can use this method in case you don't care about reporting the main SCORM package.You can upload it on a server then make a new storyline project >> insert your video in the first slide >> in the next slide add a web element with the URL of your uploaded package
you have the ability to choose to open the uploaded package in the same window or in a new tap I recommend in a new tab to over come viewing the uploaded package player inside the new package playerHi Hatem,
Thank you for your response. But my SCORM has a reporting, so I think this will not help me.
Is there any other way to embed this through java coding?
