How to advance slides with a clicker

Same issue for me, trying to use Storyline published to the Web for speaker support on a Macintosh: On the keyboard, page-up and page-down work fine for going through the slides. But using the Logitech R500s presentation remote, nothing.

Using it on a Keynote file, it works fine, which would indicate that the remote is communicating a page-up and page-down to the computer, which then changes slides, just as if the keys are being pressed.

But somehow, Storyline published to the Web does not see page-up and page-down from a remote as equivalent to having those same keys pressed on a keyboard.

How can I fix this to be able to use the remote?
