How to change a quiz question to only allow one answer to be selected
You can't change a Graded Question from one type to another. If you have a Multiple Response question, and you want it to be Multiple Choice question (or vice versa), create a new question slide of the desired type.

Do you know when this will be added as a feature? Honestly, this feels like such a basic functionality that would save Storyline users a huge amount of wasted time. It’s frustrating to work around something so simple that should already be built in.
I think most people are probably creating Freeform quiz questions, not using built-in graded questions. If you've built a freeform quiz question ferari94 , you can remove the freeform in the Insert tab by selecting the "remove freeform" button, then selecting Convert to Freeform again and picking a different question type (i.e. multiple choice instead of multiple response). But the form-based, graded quiz questions have different options and there is no way to convert them from one to another.
