How to change 'Created by' name in 360 Review

Hi all,

The 'Created by' name when I publish for review isn't mine - it's the name of the person who originally worked on the file.  However, I'm working on it under my own (trial) account.

Should the name be taken from the profile I'm signed in with?

Is there an 'authored by' field in the project settings that I should be looking for?

Thanks!

Robert

  • Hi Robert!

It sounds like you're signed in to 360.articulate.com and to the Desktop App with two different email addresses.

Try logging out of both areas, then log back in using the same email address. Next, republish the Storyline content to Articulate Review, and you should see your own name under "created by."

Let me know if that helps!

  • i have the same question. Is it possible to change the "created by" in Review 360 to a company name and not the author name? I already hid the author in the course itself. Thank you!

  • Hi Ann,

Thanks for checking in on this! The "Created by" name is directly associated with the Articulate ID. You would have to go into your account settings and change the profile name.

    I hope this helps out!
