How to change the language to Chinese of the articulate program?

Hi guys, I would like to ask how to set my storyline 360 to Chinese. I found that it automatically turns the language from Chinese to English, and I found that there is no Chinese option on the pref...

with Articulate/Storyline 3.80.30986.0 Chinese language interface was removed, but publishing is further possible
