How to create a Template for simulation recording

Thanks for sharing what you'd like to see in regards to screen recordings. There isn't a way to set a pre-built template, and all the items described are defaults when inserting a recording as step-by-step slides, including hint caption animations, try again layers, and hotspots with a green border.
