Thanks for your ideas and feedback, everyone! We'll let you know if we add enhancements to the quiz results page in the future.

Following as we would like this too - ability to give next steps for passing, next steps for failing based on quiz results.

It would also be great to be able to aggregate the score for learners when completing a knowledge check within a lesson.
If you set it up as a quiz, you have more options such as randomising questions and answers and then aggregates the score(s) of the questions in a single quiz, but when you are in the lesson format you have to add each question separately and they aren't linked in anyway.
Having the option to apply the same rules to a knowledge check within a lesson as those in an individual quiz would give more flexibility.
Also, having the option to create a question bank in RISE would be great - currently you can only do that in Storyline.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Elaine! We'll update this conversation if we make any changes to knowledge check settings or add flexibility with question banks.

Hi again
I realize that I can add three tries and the word try again comes up but this module is being hosted in Blackboard and want them to exit the module and try again
Hi, Mikki. You can change the Quiz Results text in labels, but there is an 18-character limit.
The quiz retries will allow users to retry a quiz the set number of times without exiting the course. If you set the retries to "none," is there a setting in Blackboard that will allow your learners to retake the course and overwrite their score?

Hi everyone, I can see that this thread is a few years old but my feedback on the results slide would be could the 'Take again' option not display is the user passes?
Currently, if someone passes the 'Take again' option is the first thing they see before moving to the next lesson (which I use as a summary/conclusion).
Cheers, Matt

Hi Matt,
We have changed the 'Take again' label to say 'Take again - Optional'
Announcing the beta of question banks in Rise 360! Create randomized quizzes by drawing from a bank of prepared questions.
You have the flexibility to use question banks for knowledge check blocks or quizzes—giving you options for how and when you want to check or test a learner’s knowledge. And if you’re an Articulate 360 Teams subscriber, you can easily share question bank folders with other team members to ensure consistency across your organization’s courses.
Find out more about creating, managing, and using question banks in our Rise 360 User Guide. Enjoy!

Hi friends! Is there any way to customize the text (passing score title etc..) in the results page? Or remove the results page altogether?
We're hoping to use a quiz as an acknowledgement for compliance courses and "pass/fail" doesn't exactly make sense when it's "I acknowledge/I do not"
Thanks!
Hi Michelle!
While there isn't a way to customize the quiz results screen or remove the score altogether, you could try anther method.
In the final lesson of your course, add a checkbox list block with this message: "I acknowledge that ..." Then, add a continue button below the checkbox, with the complete block directly above setting. This button will restrict the learner from moving forward until they check the box.
You can also enable restricted navigation to ensure the learner views all lessons. This way, the learner won't be marked "complete" in the course until they check the acknowledgement box.
Does that sound like it would work for you?

Hi Alyssa,
Thanks so much for your reply and trying to help me find a workaround.
Unfortunately, unless we can lock only one screen, it won't work for my particular use case. Locking courses just leads to our learner's frustration and does not guarantee actual knowledge transfer, so we avoid it altogether. I wish Rise didn't have an "all or nothing" approach to the course navigation, it's very limiting to good course design. :(
Found this article in the Articulate archives that speaks to some of the reasoning behind the decision against locking down course pages.
Are there any plans to introduce more sophisticated customization to the tool, or a Mac-friendly version of Storyline?
Thanks again for trying.
Hi Michelle! To follow up, we don't have plans on our roadmap for Storyline for Mac, or specific customization options for Rise 360.
For now, the best workaround we could offer would be to add a continue button at the bottom of a lesson that requires the acknowledgement to be completed. They can still navigate the course freely, but the lesson won't be completed until they've made the acknowledgement and clicked to continue.

Our issue is, if the learner fails to pass the quiz, they will not be allowed to complete the course. They need to stop and go see either their manager or another party for remediation. We need the ability to add text with instructions on what to do if the learner isn't successful. We have added instructions at the start of the quiz, but by the time the learner has completed the quiz, they may not remember in the moment and they can't go back.
so they are stuck.

Hi Julia,
Thanks for sharing your scenario here. We're tracking requests to have the option to add custom text fields to a quiz results page. We don't have this feature in our roadmap yet, but we'll be sure to let folks know if that changes!
