Hi there, Joseph. I have a couple ideas to get your image to display smaller:
Use Text & Image block or a labeled graphic with no markers. The labeled graphic allows for smaller image sizes with a minimum 760 px wide. Here's what those options look like:
Or, you could use an image editing tool to add some white space to the sides so that the image is smaller within the block.
