How to generate current date and time?

I want to know how to generate the current date and time that has to be displayed on the screen.
This has to be developed using variables. As I am not familiar on how to do this using Artic...
Because you check it locally from disk, try embed this course to LMS or other server and then check, I'm sure it will work
