How to hide Acceptable Responses in the Fill in the Blank Rise Block

I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360, adding the new features below:
- Knowledge check blocks can be added directly to question banks, have their content width and answer colors modified, be required for training progress, hide the correct answer if answered incorrectly, and have a set number of retries.
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to export your Rise 360 course again.

Hello - the latest update does not solve this issue. Users still see the "acceptable responses" when submitting an answer (both correct and incorrect), even when the new 'Reveal correct answer' toggle is unselected.

Happy to help! I made this quick recording to show the expected behavior of Knowledge Check items when the 'Reveal correct answer' is toggled. Can you please confirm if you can observe the same behavior? If knowledge checks aren't working as shown in the video, would you mind making a Peek 360 recording of what you're seeing so we can investigate?
It still shows the user what answer options are deemed 'acceptable' aka correct. This happens in the 'Fill in the blank' Knowledge Check. It also shows the feedback circle indicating whether an answer was 'correct' or 'incorrect', even with the 'Reveal correct answer' toggle button unselected.
This feedback circle happens on all Knowledge Checks, which severely limits the utilization of Knowledge Checks. I originally had this question as a multiple selection, so the user could select multiple options based on their reflection. Even though it's meant to be an open ended, the feedback response still shows the circle indicating whether an answer was 'correct' or 'incorrect'. Again, this is with the toggle button unselected.
We are requesting the 'acceptable answers' be hidden from the user in the 'Fill in the Blank' knowledge checks (If this was truly a right/wrong situation, the user would immediately know what the right answer should have been after the first attempt, even with the 'Reveal correct answer' button untoggled!).
We are also requesting an option to remove/hide the feedback circle that indicates whether an answer is correct/incorrect for all Knowledge Checks. Sometimes we just need an open ended reflection, not an indication of right or wrong. Which again, it shows in the feedback response box whether you want it to or not, whether the button is toggled or not. This has been an issue for years.

I've shared your feedback about the improvements and enhancements you'd like to see in Rise 360 with our product team. There isn't a way to modify the behavior of the knowledge check and question blocks right now, but we'll let you know if any of this changes through our product roadmap!
