I tried that but it did not solve my problem. Finally, my customer sent me a new file with the correct scene size!
I'm glad you got it solved.
There's a reason that Articulate webinars often start with the presenter mentioning the importance of setting the story size as soon as you create a new file. There's really no hassle-free way to switch aspect ratios.
