How to import Rise 360 questions into Rise 360 Question Bank
I have a number of courses built in Rise 360 that contain 5-10 question quizzes. These are all built in Rise, in the course.
I want to start using Rise 360 Question Banks.
There must be a way to export/copy quiz questions already written in Rise 360 into the Rise 360 Question Bank... how do I do that?
I've been looking and can't find this answer. Sorry if it is a duplicate!
Hello everyone!
I'm excited to share that we've released an update to AI Assistant within Rise 360 that includes:- New: Speed up quiz creation by uploading your existing questions for AI Assistant to convert into knowledge checks while preserving your original wording.
There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
Please let us know if you need any additional help!

Is there a way to import quizmaker questions or other forms (word/excel) into Rise question banks?

Hi Grace,
You need to create at least one Question bank, then the 'Add to question bank" option will be available in Rise.

Why don't I have 'Add to question bank option?' I only have duplicate and delete options. Is this a setting I can turn on myself?

is it because I'm doing this from a microlearning?

Hi Rachel,
It's not possible to do this for a microlearning.

where is the ellipsis? Is this the same for knowledge check questions? I can't find 'Quiz' questions in Rise...

Hi Rebecca! I understand you want to add the Quiz questions found in your existing courses into a Question Bank.
Yes, this can be done. Please open your quiz, click on the ... (ellipsis), and then select Add to Question Bank
Hope this helps you!

I click the add to question bank option, but the bank I created isn't available.
Hello brianthomas-71f,
Thanks for reaching out! I understand that you're having trouble locating the question bank you created while authoring in your Rise 360 course.
- Was the question bank shared with the Team Folders that you included in your screenshot?
- Does this happen only with this specific question bank you recently created? I'm curious if this is happening with other question banks that you create.
As a troubleshooting step, I recommend confirming that your permissions are set to access question banks in Rise 360 if you intend to store them in your Team folder.
If you're still having trouble, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your setup within a support case.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
