How to Include Small Icons

Are you referring to the blocks that look like this:

I'm pretty sure that elizabeth​ used Quote blocks for those. The icons are used instead of an author photo. 

I suggest you experiment with the different types of Quote blocks and the formatting options. When you set up one you like, save it as a Block Template, and it'll be available for future use. (See https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Rise-Creating-Sharing-and-Reusing-Block-Templates )
