How to increase the size of radio buttons on quiz slides

Radio buttons don't have scoring and feedback features. All that is handled by how you set up the quiz in Form View. So the short answer is yes.
Remember if you need them to act as true radio buttons, you need to make them a button set, but you can do that with almost anything.
