how to insert multiple pictures each on their own slide?

Hi there,

Is it possible to insert multiple pictures (screenshots in my case) each on their own slide instead of inserting a picture per slide at a time?

Thank you in advance for your answers!

Monique

  • You can insert multiple pictures onto one slide by holding down shift or control when selecting the images and then cut and paste

You cannot insert multiple images onto seperate slides

  • Thanks, that I allready found out! It;'s a pity the multiple -images-on-different-slides feature does not exist :-( Thanks for the answer anyway!

If you have Powerpoint you can use the Photo Album feature to build a PPT from a folder of images then import the PPT album into Storyline:

In 2003, use Insert > Picture > New Photo Album

In 2007 Insert Tab > Photo Album > New Photo Album.

  • I had this problem, and after getting tired of loading images one by one, I have developed a PowerPoint macro that does the trick. You open the attached PowerPoint and it will ask the Picture size in pixels. Then it will ask you to select images you want to load to PPT. At the end the macro will ask the name of the newly created PPT. After that, you just need to import the PPT to Storyline. The advantage is that the images are loaded on their actual size in pixels. I hope this helps. Tell me if it works for you.

  • Hi, Mario -- Thanks so much for stopping in to pass along that suggestion here in this older discussion! Hopefully that will help others who come across this post seeking assistance.

  • I need this feature as well. Hopefully Articulate will take note and add the ability to upload multiple images. The process of uploading one image is toooooo many clicks.

  • Hi Bruce,

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I understand that you’d like the option to bulk import media in Storyline 360.  You can share this with our team in the form of a feature request. We’ll be sure to update this discussion if this makes it on our feature roadmap.
