How to keep track of students' progress?

Hello,
I am trying to create an interactive learning module using Storyline 360. It includes some formative assessments (e.g., quizzes and surveys).

I would like to ask if I can generate a copy of my learners' quiz results even if I do not have an LMS.

Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.
