How to remove slider from uploaded videos (so learners have to watch the whole clip)
Hi Szabolcs, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes Community! So happy you're here! 🥳
Thanks so much for reaching out! So sorry to hear you've run into a snag when it comes to ensuring your learners don't scrub forward when watching your video content.
I'd like to suggest using the Conditional Seekbar as a workaround. Here's an article that goes into detail on how to use this within your Storyline project.
Utilizing this feature prevents learners from skipping ahead until they've completed a slide. The seekbar is locked the first time learners view the slide. After that, they can drag the seekbar back and forth.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions!

Hey Luciana, thank you so much for your prompt reply!
I do like your method and I might use it in the future, but it still lacks the indication on the screen regarding how long the video is, how much is left etc. To prevent learners to skip ahead by the way I use the "disable NEXT button when timeline starts" and then the "set NEXT button to normal when media completes" triggers.
I just wish the video controls bar were a bit more customizable and we could set what elements we can have there.
Anyway, thanks again Luciana and let's see if others have any other solutions.
