How to Replace the Black Screen Thumbnail When Embedding Storyline in Rise?

Hi everyone!
I’m trying to replace the default black screen that appears when I embed a Storyline 360 course inside Rise. I already created a custom cover slide in Storyline, but when I publish and embed it in Rise, the cover doesn’t show, instead, I only see a black screen with the title of the Storyline file.

Is there any way to display a custom cover or thumbnail in Rise before the Storyline content loads?
I’d love to know if there’s a setting I’m missing or a recommended workaround.
